If you end up buying any of the products we recommend here, you’ll be helping to support GOSHEN Film (don’t worry, you won’t pay anything extra). We only share the products that we own and use ourselves. We choose products that are made with the best quality that demonstrate care for the consumer and the planet.

Chia Seeds are an amazing super food. Athletes have consumed chia seeds for its incredible ability to provide energy and endurance with even very small rations. It also has incredible health benefits including preventing hypertension and diabetes. We like it best in smoothies, as a pudding, or egg supplement in baked goods.

Remember that part of the Goshen Film where you see the stunning Raramuri woman popping heirloom corn over a fire and grinding it on a stone? She was making the super food Pinole! It provides incredible nutrients and sustained energy due to the minerals, whole grains and slow release carbs. Thats why the Raramuri consume it as a drink during their long distance ball race Rarajipari.

If your planing a wilderness expedition you need to think high calorie and nutrient content packed into small bites. For this reason Cliff Bars were a life saver during the production of Goshen Film in the Copper Canyons. The remote region we were in had with no access to stores or outside resources. Packing in tons of our own trail bars enabled us to be primarily self sufficient and sustain the energy for long, rigorous days filming.
